[2020] XSOLLA Blocked my account and wont let me purchase EOD

So i log into my account and attempt to buy EOD because the sale is going on and figured I like the game a lot and might as well spend some extra money on it to support the devs and get some sick in game advantages. Well when I go to purchase it it says error code 3202. So i look online and it says I have to contact customer support. So I do so and they say back in 2019 I refunded a purchase for $4.99 and that if I show proof of that through screenshots of my bank statement. Well my old bank was APGFCU which is a military style type bank and I actually didn't refund anything they just blocked my ablility to purchase because xsolla is international and military banks are weird about you buying international stuff. I left that bank about 8 months ago. So i have no way of getting those old statements. Then they just closed the chat window. I now have wells fargo and they are so much better. So i took the L and just gave up. Then a couple days went by and i figured hey ill give it another shot. I went to support again begging them if there was some way because the sale is ending soon and I just want EOD. This is how the convo went

Me: I told the whole story about how I was talking to someone earlier in the week and that I had no way of getting the statements but I'd be more than willing to do anything necessary to make it right so I can get EOD.

Service Rep: An automated response about contacting customer service and providing screenshots of my bank statment.

It couldn't be more apparent Xsolla doesn't care about their customers. im guessing the service agent didn't even read what I typed out. (To be fair it was kind of long lol) . So then I begged again and they basically said im f*cked. There is no way they can unlock my account. All of this over a $5 payment that after my bank called me and cleared it, it didnt go through because they already blocked my account instantly after my bank put a halt on the transaction. Im writing this so if anyone has had an issue like this they can write back and try to help me.
