[2019] If someone is selling almost 1000 units of an item that's nearly impossible to buy on the flea market, surely that's a sign of market botting/scraping?

Been trying to buy condensed milk, anything below 36k rub is instantly sold out. I'm passably alright at button mashing - I beat MGS PW multiple times - but this is pretty crazy.

Not gonna witchhunt usernames, but when grabbing milk is consistently impossible, how does one have nearly 1k up for sale at a steep markup above the cutoff point?
