[2019] Hovering over trader items doesn't show a pop-up anymore

Now we have to click or double click on items just to see what they are when browsing vendors. The pop up that showed the item name now only shows up for items that are out of stock. Why was this removed? It was especially useful when searching for similar looking rounds in the traders.
