[2019] Cheaper 3x1 chest rigs needed

I absolutely love the latest changes with the chest rigs. We have so many options at the moment, it's such a fresh breath of air. What we need at the moment, are cheaper chestrigs with 3x1 slots. At the moment, there's only 2 chest rigs that support larger (3x1 slots) stick mags, the TV-110 and the ANA tactical alpha, but at the time we've unlocked those, we're already running 60-rounders and completely forgot those 40/45-rounders alltogether.
