Looking into some art of the game, watching the enviroment and some quest for Therapist I realized that Terra Groups should have released (by accident) some kind of pathogen with radioactive elements, because is common to see scavs wearing respirator and AI-2 (this are supplied to civilians in case of some kind of radioactive leak), also Prapor iirc usually calls Scavs like "inhumans" or "they are not humans anymore", this also might reffer to the fact that Tarkov is an anarchy, anyways, what do you think?, am I to stupid for not realising this earlier?
