[2020] Cant login on the website,no verification code

So i tried to log in on the website to claim the GP coins but im not getting the verification code email,

I whitelisted all the tarkov emails, tried different browsers,opened a support ticked and tried the forums.

support never reply-ed,still no email and my forum post got locked

" This section of forum is only for problems with website or forum!!! "

when my problem is not being able to log on the website and the post was made on the "website and forum support" part...

anyone knows what else can i do?
