So my buddy really wanted me to play this game with him and bought it for me. Unfortunately he got confused about how exactly I was supposed to get the game which lead to multiple logins and the creation of another account. Understandably my I.P. has been banned "temporarily" for suspicious activity.
That was over a month ago now. I tried contacting support a couple days after without so much as a single word in response.
I know I could use a VPN to work around it but I'd rather just do things on the up and up. Someone suggested trying here on reddit in hopes it might be noticed by devs so im giving it a shot.
