The link to send a message to them in their FAQ on the "support" page just leads straight to the main page...
I cannot login because their launchers email service isn't sending out confirmation mails, and there is literally no where to report it or get technical assistance for a 160euro game...

Hello. At first try reinstalling the launcher. Then you need to set full rights for the current user (folder properties, "Security" tab) for the game folder and for the launcher folder. Also temporarily turn off all antivirus and security programs, such as Windows Defender or whitelist launcher and game folder in exceptions list(s).
