[2019] Crashes

I appreciate theres a mega thread for bugs, but can we please talk about stability issues in .012

I cant access Reserve or Shoreline as a PMC, the game just crashes while creating the instance. Having programmes open in the background causes the game to crash. Random crashes in the middle of runs, random disconnects from server, even errors reporting bug reports. In the average hour of gameplay, I'd say I'm probably playing for 25 minutes and waiting in queues or rebooting the other 35 minutes.

What's the deal?
