[2019] Can’t login, lost all hope.

Hey everybody! So I bought Tarkov the first week in came out. Played for a bit and due to a cruddy computer couldn’t enjoy it as much anymore. Finally got a new computer so I thought I’d pick it up again. Only issue is it wouldn’t let me login to the site to download the game. Went through the process of resetting password multiple times and still won’t let me login. All I get is an error saying “invalid email or password”. Contacted support explaining the situation and just got an automated message back telling me to reset my password.

Just wondering if anyone else has had this issue? Really want to try Tarkov again, but at this point it doesn’t look like I’ll be able too. Quite frankly I don’t want to buy it again in order to play.
