[2020] Help! This is probably against a rule somewhere, but I'm running out of options. Is anyone else getting the two-factor authentication email code needed to login to their BSG account?

I don't know where else to turn. I can't log in to post on their forums, and they aren't responding to emails.

Basically, I can successfully log in - but the two-factor authentication code never makes it to my email. I've emailed "[email protected]" from both that account as well as another account and they don't seem to be getting anything. I know that it's worked in the past (I logged in early December and have the code that was sent then), but it's straight up not working now.

All I want to do is buy the game for my little brother for his birthday. This is nuts.
