[2021] Last ditch effort for some help logging in.

Hi everyone! Newish player but absolute tarkov lover.

Long story, short version. I bought and made my account a 1-2 years ago. Never really got into it or played. Within the last month I fell in love with the game on the 12th I went to log in to my account and it wants me to put in a phone number. I don’t remember setting this up. So I put in my phone number (the only one I’ve had for 18 years) and I get an error message. After resetting password and trying everything I can think of I can’t get on my account.

I contacted support immediately. I have been talking to support everyday since then. They are absolutely no help. Just tell me to use a different phone number.

No one has been on my account, so it’s not stolen. I have access to the email. But can’t get on the account.

No idea what to do. Besides buy the game again? Does anyone know have a suggestion or know anyone that can help.
