[2021] BSG, please let us change our character's voice without having to reset our profile.

I was happy to finally go back to my angry Russian BEAR voice (BEAR 2) and yell at people with angry slurs as I'm pumping them full of lead. However, even though I chose the voiceline I wanted, it ended up giving me the BEAR 1 voicelines.

I tried to reset my profile but I can't reset UNTIL JULY 29TH!?!?!?

BSG, please let us change the voicelines of our characters without having to reset our account. I don't want to have an ENTIRE MONTH'S progress go completely to waste because the game gave me the wrong voice and doesn't allow me to change it to the voice I want. Why was this option even taken away from us? Why can't we change our face and voice like we used to in the Game settings menu? I'm not the only person with this issue and a lot of people are reporting the fact their character has the wrong voicelines.
