As the title says why use xsolla as a transaction company if you're not going to accept their receipts for support tickets.

Why do i bring this up you might ask?

Oh well about a year ago i bought etf and was pretty active in playing for a while and active on the forums. Stopped playing for a little while cause the game was having troubles with cheaters and server issues. Saw that customs got updated so wanted to check that out. Find out some russian person stole my account and changed the email and password to my account so i reached out to etf support and they ask for proof of account ownership.

Well guess what they ask for, a transaction receipt or bank statement. Well since i didn't use paypal cause i just didn't have one i bought straight off the site. What does the site use? XSOLLA what type of receipt does support not take XSOLLA what does the bank statement show up as? XSOLLA.

So somebody explain to me why is it that you use xsolla for your site transactions but then say the receipts from xsolla don't count towards proof of ownership of the account????

I been in a back and forth with support since September 1st and im just now being told that my receipt doesn't count. How else am i supposed to prove its my account then

Xsolla is processing the payment. But we need a check from your payment system - that is, from where your money was debited from. For example, a bank, or a paypal, etc.

The receipt from xsolla legit has a order number on it i don't own a business or use xsolla for transactions as a seller but i would assume that your staff as a seller can look up that order number and see it was paid for and any other information about the transaction right? Why would you use xsolla if your not going to use its receipts and not use a transaction company with receipts that you can use.

Edit: also i hope xsolla isn't still processing my order after i paid for it over a year ago

The account recovery procedure includes identifying you as the account owner. To do this, you are asked to provide information that only you have access to. One of such information is a check from your payment system.

Xsolla is needed to make a payment, not to identify you.
