[2020] I do not receive a verification code.

I bought the game on 28/12/2018. From April 2019, I have a problem logging into my account. Once, while logging in to the escapefromtarkov.com website, a message popped up saying that a verification code was sent to my email. I checked every corner of my e-mail, spam, important etc. and found nothing. So I contacted the support three times. Each time they didn't try to help me. I also wanted to change the e-mail assigned to the account, support did not even write back to me. I tried again yesterday. Suddenly, I got exactly the same instructions as before.
