I am unable to login to my battlestate profile and have contacted support about my issue, but they need my account creation date. I am still able to login to my character, but is there any way to see when I initially created my account?

You will need a check from the bank anyway. You can find the transaction you are looking for by the word Xsolla. Payments go through them and their name appears in the payee
