[2020] Account Issue

I am writing this in hopes of getting u/Gazardiell Attention over a problem with my EFT account. I have been directed to you by Tobias Solem Jr Community manager and tried contacting you multiple ways including DMs.

I am a Ex-BSG volunteer and would very much like to have a discussion over my account issue.

Sorry if this again'st the reddits post rules but this is the only way I feel I can get this users attention as it has been just over 4 weeks from my first message to them with no response.
