[2019] Allow Tags on Mags!

Dear saint Nik,

I've been a good boy all year and have but one wish for Christmas...

You may remember the post from ages ago, asking if we can use coloured tape to mark magazines, so we can load our mags with different ammo types or mixes, and identify them easily.

Nikita told us that it would be difficult to implement, because of the MANY different types of magazines in the game, so that wouldn't be doable... and that's understandable.
Except today, we already have a system in place that allows exactly what we need it to do!

We can already "Tag" our cases with a nice colourful ribbon on the icon, and even a name (that doesn't show up on small items).
If this feature were enabled on all "Magazines", that would give us this feature with presumably little effort.

Downside: No happy colour tape on the physical model.
Upside: Functionality of an (imaginary) ribbon AND nametag on every mag!

Yes? No? Maybe?
