[2019] I absolutely love Rezerv, because each building is its own fortress with vertical combat space. Let's refit Customs with some of this. Add more interiors to buildings inside the boundaries.

Customs is currently very two-dimensional, and there are very few places with multiple levels above ground. And these are boxed in by forest. It would be cool if customs could get more interiors and these silos and chimney staircases should be accessible.
