[2021] cant login to website to download launcher

Getting this error: "message":"Our systems have detected unusual traffic from your computer network. Your connection has been blocked temporarily, try again later."}

i wasnt recieving the auth code to my email so i kept retrying and got locked out, then after 2 hours a auth code was sent to my email, but i am still locked out of logging into the website... support hasnt responded in hours... what do i do? pretty ridiculous to pay 140+ for a game and to get auto locked out and support doesnt respond after 6 hours :/

No, just a few attempts to login will not lead to this.

that's all it was brother. i tried to login to two different accounts, got into my one realized it was the wrong account, tried attempting to get the auth code for my other one that has my EOD and boom, ip banned and then the auth code came like an hour later to my main. hella weird situation. even crazier its been 3 days and i still got login and download the launcher

Most likely there were other triggers as well. The exact information on how this works has not been disclosed.
