[2021] Support keeps ghosting me

I bought the game in 2017 and played for a few months. when I tried to login in 2019, It said that there was no account associated with my email. I contacted support, and they said to send my proof of purchase, and they'd fix it. I sent them my PayPal receipt, and never heard back from them.

I forgot about the game again until recently, when I contacted support again. Again I sent receipts. This time they got back to me and asked for a new email, to make a whole new account. I sent them one on and they still haven't gotten back to me. (I talked to them on the 28th)

I've never cheated, griefed, or done anything to get my account restricted in any way. they never said anything about deleting my account. it was just gone. Does anyone know how to get my account back, or even how to get reliable contact with support?
