[2021] Still have not received 0.40 base trader influence that comes with EOD edition.

The title states my problem, I still haven't received the 0.40 base trader influence since I bought the EOD edition at the beginning of the wipe. I have sent several emails to the support@battlestate email, and this is what ticks me off. The first two emails get ignored, the third time I get a response to create a support ticket through the support website or the launcher. I reply that there is nowhere to create a ticket on the website, and to please just address the issue. They ignore that email until I start another email chain asking to not be redirected to incomplete support services. They respond to try the launcher so I do, create a ticket and haven't heard back from them since and it's been 2 weeks. Every time I click the support notification, I am taken to a 404 page not found on battlestates website.

I'm just asking for my base trader role to be applied. Besides that, battlestate you need to get your sh*t together. Your support website has no ticket service, only says to use your support email for specific issues. Then your email says to use the support services. The launcher lets me create a ticket but has no follow through, or gets redirected to error pages. I'd rather you not have a support service than this sh*t jerking me around for weeks over a simple fix.
