I contacted the support since I have no access to my main e-mail address because the provider no longer exists but I still have the access to my backup e-Mail address. I think since last year you are no longer able to change your own e-mail, has BSG shared any information on when the feature will be back up again? Apparently it's not something the support can change on their own.

Was the answer I received. Providing any proof of purchase isn't the problem but they clearly can't or won't do it.
