So yesterday, about 24 hours ago, I upgraded from the Prepare for Escape Edition to the EoD Edition and I haven't recieved any of my items nor has my stash size been upgraded. My profile on the EFT website clearly states that I own the EoD edition, and the Launcher even says that I have the EoD edition as well. I filled out a support request and haven't recieved anything back yet. I even went as fas as to uninstall and reinstall the game and still, nothing. Im unsure what I could do next to alleviate the problem. I was told that resetting my account would work, but since the wipe happened just a few days ago, the website is saying that I am unable to reset my account before January 14th. Looks like ill be waiting until then to play the game so I can just reset my account.
