[2020] I keep getting the "download file checksum does not match" error

ok i keep getting the "download file checksum does not match" error since moving into my dorm trying to download the new update and even when i try and follow the guides already out there telling you to go in the logs and find the link to download it yourself i check the zip file and there's hundreds of errors and if i unpack that into my tarkov folder most of the time it wont even let me launch best ive gotten tho is letting me launch but then crashing immediately after can anyone please help me, my last post on this got deleted for being a common topic but none of the already existing posts are helping me
