[2020] Pre-order problems

Hey all,

I just tried to purchase Tarkov to play with all my friends but I've run into a problem. I put in all my info to buy the game and it gave me what looks like a receipt, but I haven't received the game. I've contacted support and am currently waiting on a response. Any reason why this happened? Could I have made a mistake in the purchase? Any help is greatly appreciated.
