Personally I don't really like making public posts to call attention, but I have no other choice. I have not had access to my account for over 6 months now. The issue is actually pretty simple, I no longer receive email verifications to my primary email. The cause of this I do not know. My BSG account still has the same email and password and hasn't been hacked into, I just don't receive the email verification code. I've sent nearly 7 different emails giving plenty of response time in between. I was only ever responded to once, and given a canned response basically telling me it was probably my fault or google's for not receiving the emails. Which is insulting and absurd, If I'm told that I need to check my spam folder one more time I'm going to lose it.

I followed all of the instructions BSG gave me, and I provided all of the necessary information to have my email address changed. I did what they told me, they just haven't responded or done anything. If there are any BSG employees reading this, I just want to play the game, I've done nothing wrong and I've followed all of your directions.

Our specialists speak different languages. At least Russian, English, German and Chinese. Naturally, not all at once =)

As someone who has been passed around your support network to resolve issues in the past I am very curious as to why so many people need to speak out publicly to get resolution. Most often this is due to the queue on the support mail. If you provide all the information correctly, and just wait for a response, then everything will be okay anyway.

BattlEye will not let run the game in a virtual machine. I have no information about the ban, need to contact the BattlEye support

This is always not a quick process, at least several weeks

I cannot disclose some information, sorry. Account recovery is not a quick procedure anyway
