I have been told by some support that my email can be changed then I tell them about the issue being that the email for my account is actually in an email I dont typically use any more and I would like it to be changed but all support does is say its disabled but its been off since august last year I dont understand this support

Hello. As I understand it, you have no problems with your mailbox, in this case, changing email is really unavailable.

Well the main reason I dont use that email is because when i made the account i used my moms email and i really want it changed because thats not something i will always have access to someone in support said i could get it changed then nothing ever happened
