A friend and I both decided to upgrade to EOD for Christmas since we play Tarkov a bunch. We both upgraded at the same time however when I signed in I had nothing except the crown beside my name and he had received everything through the messenger. I have no issue waiting for the system to finally send me my upgrade but my friend is telling me to sell all gear and reset...

I'd rather not have to reset but I know the longer I wait the more annoyed I'll be when/if I do have to reset. Been searching around the forums and such for answers and also submitted a support ticket, does anyone knows for certain if I have to reset? I just want an answer so I know I'm at least waiting for a good reason!

Hello. You don't need to reset your profile. Just write to support.

You can continue to play without problems, support will process the ticket and you will be credited with what you need
