[2020] Let us refill gas cans in raid.

Currently we can turn empty expedition fuel cans into magazine cases and sell the others. But here is an idea.

Let us go into raid with a empty can and silicone tube and siphon gas from vehicles. On customs there are even 2 gas stations, on reserve there is a fuel refueling center.

This would give us something to do in raid, a sort of "self directed quest" There should obviously be a timer associated with it, maybe like a full 60 seconds to refill an entire steel container and maybe 40 seconds for the expedition container allowing us to end early for less fuel.

There are 100s of dead cars lying around and I'm sure at least a few have full gas tanks. We could go to a car, "search" it's gas tank to see if there is any fuel and then siphon off what we can.
