[2020] Did they forget to implement the selection of the body parts color in the upper left UI element?

As the patchnotes read:

• Option in the game settings - selection of the body parts color in the upper left UI element (a variant corresponding to the colors from the inventory on the "Health" tab and the old variant - red monochrome)

It is turning me nuts, i just cant find this option to change the color of the ui - does anybody know where to change it or did they forget to implement this option?

Would love to see damaged body parts in green (to very low damage taken) to yellow (mediocre damage taken) to red (heavy damage taken) instead of only red colors (monochrome).
