[2019] T-7 thermal out of stock in seconds or is it a bug?

Whats up with the T-7 thermals? I am not sure if they are out of stock in a few seconds or if its some sort of bug. As far as I can tell they are never in stock. I checked around 8 seconds after Jager reset and they were out of stock again.

I am guessing they are being bought up and flipped for 200k profit but it just seems to happen way too quick.
