It will be a year after the first contact with their support. After applying the patch with the expansion of the customs map (07/2020), I could not log in to the account and could not even reset the password. Something went wrong. I wrote about 4 emails to support but without any response. Eventually I wrote a thread here on Reddit where someone named Gazardiell contacted me, I thought I had won ... I didn't. I gave him the info he wanted and then he stopped communicating.

I gave it up....

14 days ago I contacted someone named Sova13 and asked him for help. He said " I was informed that you were answered. Account is blocked. " whitch is not true. They did not answer me and there is no reason to block my account. Either he's lying or they just dont care.

Is there a way or something to do?

Or someone with a similar experience?

The fastest and easiest way to get your account back (Speaking from experience when a mobo upgrade went pear-shaped and I got hardware locked)...

Get a screenshot of your proof of purchase. Not a paypal receipt. Not an xsolla receipt. Bank statement. Something that you can show them you purchased the game.

Then you email [email protected] You cc [email protected] [email protected]

You title the subject "Account ownership proof"

Attach the picture of your proof of purchase. Write the email you used for the game login.

Suggest a change to a gmail account (They know gmail doesn't block their emails).

See how you go.

If the purchase was with PayPal, then you need a check from PayPal.

Also it makes no sense to write to info@ and no-reply@ for support issues. The no-reply@ address is in principle an address to which it makes no sense to write, which is obvious from its name.

When I first bought the game about the second day I couldn’t log into my account. I sent support an email and got a reply like 3 weeks later with no resolution or answer. Luckily that same day I kept trying and it logged in and have thankfully not had an issue since.

Most likely it was during an unthinkable overload on the New Year holidays, then the response time was really very long, and we did our best to cope with it.

Incorrect on all parts. If you're going to provide support Sova13, I highly suggest you get your story on the same page as what the people who do the email support request.

If it was through Paypal, you still need a bank statement screenshot (This is what I had to supply and had issues with the BSG support about because it was from a bank account that had been closed since 2018).

Also, The info@ and no-reply@ I was told by BSG support to send emails through regardless so that my ISP puts it on a whitelist since so many email providers have escapefromtarkov.com and battlestategames.com blocked under spam detection.

There is very good reason why 'BSG support' has such a bad reputation on literally every BSG related site including this subreddit and I seriously suggest if you're going to interact with members on the subreddit that you actually listen to the problems they experience with BSG rather than nay-say everything the users are claiming.

You probably had purchases both through Paypal and from your bank account, so both of those checks were required.

You may have been told to add info@ and no-reply@ addresses to the whitelist, but not send copies of the support letter to it (probably here I could misunderstand you, correct me if you mean something else).

The BSG support email refused to accept paypal receipts, or xsolla receipts. They wouldn't take screenshots of my paypal nor would they take emails of the paypal receipts. They wouldn't take my EOD purchase upgrade either.

They told me to add those emails to all of my emails that I was sending too.

Eventually I just changed everything to gmail and they stopped asking, which is why I suggested on the original reply to do that too.

Unfortunately BSG have a horrific reputation for customer service, and if you've had to deal with them, it's very easy to see why, which is a real shame.

Please write to my PM the address of the email from which you contacted with us, we will check the information.
