[2020] Clothing Options -12.8

Although minor, I thought Nikita mentioned that more clothing options would become available at a lower level? I get it, it may be meant for people who grind but level 55 is pretty high for the new tops. Love being able to customize how my operator looks with many options going into raid so I was looking forward to the new options.
