[2021] Please turn off the rain

For the love of God please turn off the rain. A ton of people (myself included) have all their textures turn black when it's raining. I lost multiple fights today because I can't see the difference in between grass and PMC since it's all black.

Edit: something weird about the textures is that they regain color past a certain point with trees and buildings and it's not on the same level it seems like they regain color 4/5 of the way up the object
