I feel like in their quest to prevent exploitation BSG has made strength a hugely useful skill which is almost impossible to train in normal raids.

It is frustrating that I can huck 40-50 Kilos of gear over several Kilometers now only to be told "nah fam, not good enough, you need at least 67.5kg or you gain ZERO benefit."

Therefore I suggest making strength XP gain a logarithmic curve, you gain relatively minimal amounts of XP if you have only a little weight, say only a dozen kilos. and the xp gain will increase up to a max weight at 100-120% max capacity.

The whole point of these skills is they're supposed to level naturally as you play, but right now the only way to gain ANY xp legitimately is one of 3 methods:

Spam grenades at the start of the round and then save one for yourself - I think we can all agree this is stupid and also makes grenades more expensive.

Whack a friends legs with a crowbar for several dozen hours. - Equally stupid.

Get fat stacks of loot and then walk around like a geriatric amputee for hours. - Many players don't often actually get enough loot for this to be a viable way to train unless you're always in labs and survive.

There has to be a better way BSG. I don't mind you revamping the system, I like the concept, but right now this skill is horribly stagnant while actually being REQUIRED for the hideout. With my proposed changes you'd always gain just a BIT of XP most raids.

Right now I can say I've done about 30-40 normal/budget gear raids since the wipe. I currently have 0.3 Strength XP, that is not realism, that is ridiculous.
