Hello BSG Team,
I've been struggling to log in the web site for a year a think now, every time it says that you are sending me the code to log in i don't recieve it, i had contacted you via mail and the answer was "we have problems with that provider try to change the email account"... BUT HOW I AM SUPPOSED TO DO THAT IF I CAN'T LOG IN FIRST..
I looked at the spam folder, done the whitelist and all the things you suggest with no luck.
Same with tickets, i made a ticket via launcher where i do not have problems, but then i've been told to send the tkt number from the page buuut i have to be LOGGED IN to see it so no number then...
I have a hotmail account linked and im willing to change it to a gmail so i don't have this problem anymore but man the support responses they look like the don't give a f*** about this issue.. seriously one year without logging in the WEBSITE, not the launcher or the forum.. WEBSITE, and this is still a problem that its older than a year.
And if i have to unistall the game for any issue with my pc or something now i will not be able to download the launcher and i not willing to be throwing my money away like this
