[2020] Experience with email support

A few days ago I noticed that my tarkov (and most likely email account too) account had been hacked. I wrote an email to the support team but didnt even get a confirmation or anything yet. Does anyone know how long it should take them to at least respond?

Why bsg don't give ban to looting cheater (easy to check cheater in ur raid)

11k people banned, literally 8 games in a row cheaters tonight.

I'm very surprised BSG hasn't implemented server-side loot for containers. Vaccuum and reading loot in containers literally should not be possible if it was properly implemented.
