[2019] TOZ is moved to Skier LL1, but Nikita forgot about TOZ ammo!

SO boss listened to the community and moved toz to SKier LL1, which is great.

However, TOZ 20x70 ammos are still locked behind Jager. We are facing the scenario where we can by the TOZ but not its ammo....Basically makes TOZ unusable.
