[2020] I haven’t been receiving my verification code to log into EFT for several weeks now :(

Dear BSG Team and dear Reddit User,

I haven’t been receiving my verification code to log into EFT for several weeks now. I checked all kinds of possibilities that could be the issue, as checking spam folders, inbox space, even whitelisted the mail address just to be safe (even though this was never necessary). My friend who is using the same email provider does not have this kind of problem.

Any help would be kindly appreciated.
Anyone can help? :(
