Hi been trying to talk to tarkov support about why I got randomly logged off the client after an update around February and how when I tried to log back in many time through the launcher or website I would never get the authentication code sent to me in my hotmail inboxes. I tried everything the tarkov support website told me to. Nothing worked. I then emailed them about this problem, however they said it I had to provide a receipt for proof of payment. I’ve sent the only receipt I had to them which was an online “xsolla” receipt and I explained I bought the game last December during the New Years Special offer. However they keep saying they would not accept the “xsolla” receipt?? During Feb- to April I have been back and forth with the customer service explaining I don’t have any other Receipt and that I have bought this (standard edition) game and how there is no initial warning with Hotmail users not being able to receive the authentication code? I know I had to use a code to sign into the launcher when u first played via email. I have checked every single one of my email addresses and all their junk mail and etc but no code. Please does anyone have any fixes to this I am not in the state financially to buy another copy of the game. I really enjoyed it for the 3 months I was able to play it for. I know this might seem like a rant (which it is, still quite upset) but I really wanted to get back onto my account for a long time and I know there is a wipe coming.

EDIT: I have asked my friends if they have any other receipts other than “xsolla” and they couldn’t find a different receipt. Also one of the friends also use Hotmail but he never had this issue of not receiving the authentication code?

Hello. A receipt from your payment system is required. For example, a bank statement or PayPal, depending on what you used to pay
