So im having problems with xsolla confirmation when im buying Tarkov. They told me they where going to send me under 2 dollars but i cant see how much they sent me. The support sucks all they do is tell me the same thing over and over. Is there some way to fix this or do i just give up with trying to buy Tarkov

So at that point it was time to open a support ticket.

No response after a week.

Open another ticket with the same result. Well at least I could still play.

Two months later try the same thing with the same result.

So I'm sorry, Tarkov is the best game out there, but it is positively the worst customer experience I have ever had. No effort goes into support for the community, at least none that I have seen.

Tl:Dr I had a simple issue that prevented me from logging into the website and thus prevented me from taking part in many bonuses and promotions as well as preventing me from participating in forums or making additional purchases from the website (i.e upgrading game version). And for over two years recieved 0 support. Eventually, I was lucky and my problem just went away, but ymmv in this regard.
