Haley offers 6x2, 4x1 slots (16 squares total)

Triton costs 29893 rubles at Ragman level 2

Haley costs 41475 rubles at Ragman level 3 (!)

Suggested rebalancing: Move Haley to Ragman level 2, move cost to 24-27k rubles which is slightly below the Triton in cost and effectiveness.
