[2020] long loading times when dong actions

hi guys, so i downloaded the game agian after i changed a pc and for some reason now it takes the game some time doing these things:

1)loading the after raid screen

2)loading the game after opening

3)buying things from traders and market and insuring

dose anyone had that problem and knows how to fix it?
