[2020] I would like help for my account

I've been playing tarkov since early 2019 when i had the 14-day trial and mid 2019 when i won a standard edition of the game. I fell in love with the game and i've been playing since then. Recently BSG added the 2-step auth. to the account and i would love to set it up, but whenever i reach the "we sent you a code to your email" i cant continue because i do not receive one. I really need help because i dont want to lose my account. Thank you for reading my post
