[2021] Locked out of tarkov

Recently I haven't been able to get into my account. I can change the password but it does nothing, when I enter the new password all I see is wrong email/password. I submitted a support ticket and BSG closed it, probably because the issue itself is really stupid and probably shouldn't be possible. I was able to get into the account once for some reason but otherwise, I've been locked out. I really don't think there's any proof I can provide besides my word that the issue is happening but I don't really know what to do considering that BSG doesn't think the problem exists so here I am.
