My friend bought the Standard Edition 4 days ago and still doesn't have the game listed on his profile, the purchase went through, and he got a receipt in his email for it too.

His profile shows that he's never bought the game or anything related to it. He sent a support ticket but that also may take many days to get a response to (he sent it 2-3 days ago too).

Any help is appreciated :)
