Hi All,
My friend has created an Account to try and buy the game. They received the BSG account activation email, so the email address must have been saved / registered by BSG.
Clicked the email link and activated, however:
- When attempting to logging gets an error 'Incorrect email or password'.
- When attempting to reset password, gets error 'Email not found'
Friend also specifically created a 'Gmail' email address as BSG has blocked sign up with 'Hotmail' accounts, as mentioned yesterday in a Reddit thread by a BSG Tech Support Mod.
Friend also sent an email to BSG, however no reply. This was all done yesterday so we have left it a day and tried again, before confirming it is still an issue.
Is there anyone else experiencing this, and and suggestions on how to fix this, please?
