[2019] Turned off flashlights will give you away

I have noticed that people who are hiding in darker, less lit areas and have flashlights on their guns which are turned off to still emit a sort of light that ultimately gives them away.

This has helped me notice a lot of people hiding in the shadows, you can just see a tiny light from very inconspicuous places. I'll provide a screenshot at some point, but this is something that needs to be fixed immediately.
