I have emailed them. I have posted on here. I have posted on the discord. I have messaged employees of BSG. I have messaged nikita on FB AND IG. I’ve reached out to employees on twitter. Can’t get any help for the life of me.
Had to factor reset my computer and doing so it deleted the launcher so when I go to the website to log in to redownload it says it has to email me a code but it’s a old work email I no longer have access too. This hasn’t been a issue as I was logged in on the launcher so I was able to play but like I said I had to reset my computer and now need to redownload. I know all my info and everything just can’t access the email for the code. Really not sure what else I can do at this point.
